Exchange Policy (Valid for 7 Days)
We offer a 7-day exchange policy only in case of damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all components.
The customer must cover the return shipping cost.
If the returned item is found damaged, used, or incomplete, the exchange will not be processed.
